Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as health, financial account or identity document details, unless we specifically request it. Messages sent through this platform are processed by Meta and stored in our business system. Meta’s processing of your data is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for it.

5. Live chat and AI assistant

Our website live chat may be answered by an AI assistant. Live chat messages are stored in our business system and may be processed by AI service providers to generate responses. AI-generated responses are for general information only. They do not constitute professional, accounting, legal or technical advice, and they do not bind Koryx to any offer, price or commitment. Only written confirmation from our team is binding. You may ask to speak with a member of our team.

Please do not share passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in the chat.

6. Client data in our projects

When we implement or support software for a client, we may access personal data held in the client’s systems. We process that data on the client’s behalf and in accordance with our agreement with the client. The client is the controller of that data and is responsible for its lawful collection and use, including obtaining any required consents.
